SHIPPING POLICY Shipping terms within UK Delivery times Your order will  be shipped within three working day after receipt of your payment.  Deliveries will be made monday-friday between 9.00am-6.30pm specific delivery times and saturday deliveries are avaliable but additional charges apply please email or phone us for a quote if you require these services. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------        ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Failed Deliveries We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches, most of our couriers will attempt delivery and if unsuccessful they will hold the goods in their nearest depot to you for collection. or re-delivery  If collection is not made within 7 days the goods will be returned to us. Keeping the above in mind please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RETURNS POLICY Right to return goods You have the right to return ordered goods within 7 days after receipt. If you return the goods within the 7-day term, this will be considered as admissible revocation of the purchase contract. Goods manufactured to your specifications and clearly tailored for individual needs are excluded from the right of return.
